Most consultancies interview your team for an hour. We do the opposite.

We sit with your operations lead on a Tuesday afternoon and watch the duplicate-data-entry happen with our own eyes. We time it. We count it. Then we build the thing that kills it. The result is automation that survives contact with how your people actually work — because the design started there.

Our work

A small studio, deliberately.

Congruence is two people and a notebook. We take on three engagements at a time. We do not subcontract. We do not run discovery decks. We do not 'leverage' anything. We embed with your team for a week, watch the work happen, and automate the workarounds — not the org chart.

We understand the importance of hand-crafted automation

The map is the deliverable.

Every engagement ends with a hand-drawn workflow map of the work we watched, a one-page written report of the 3–5 frictions we found, and a brief guide (mono, one page) for whoever inherits the work. You can act on the report with us, with another studio, or on your own. The report is yours.

We will tell you after the first week whether we think we can help. If we cannot, you owe nothing.
